This site contains information about physical health, more specifically about Exercise, Diet/ Food and Eating Habits, and Sleep. Physical health is important for your body to function and it also links in with mental health. The information on these pages are specifically for teens who are struggling with health whether it's lack of sleep, not getting enough exercise, or eating too much.

Read the Food section to learn about how to control eating habits and how to keep healthy by eating healthy foods and making good choices.
